I was born in Illinois in a hardworking construction family where I learned the value of putting quality and people first. Entrepreneurship came early into my life at the age of 13, when my brothers and I began renovating houses with my father. I learned fast and developed a taste for being my own boss.

I have been lucky enough to spend nearly all of the last decade working in and with small businesses. I started my career in sales working with business owners and high net worth individuals. I have been responsible for over $7M in P/L and for over 50 team members. I have been employee N°1, N° 17, and N° 450 in growing businesses, so I have learned what it takes to succeed at each scale.
